Pineapple-Parsley Smoothie (for 2)

 

Fill blender 3/4 of the way with fresh parsley

 

Add

2 cups pineapple chunks

1 ripe pear

1 banana

 

or

for a creamier one:

skip the pear & banana and add

1/3 scoop of harmonized protein

1/2 cup of kefir

few cubes of ice

 

 

Blend and enjoy!
