Edit: Girl in Blue Coat

Editing Steps
In Lightroom, adjusted white balance and exposure, applied Dawn Gordon's Tire Swing preset, cropped to bring her left eye to about the upper righthand third (thus removing the bit of hair that went askew), added a brush stroke set to Iris Enhance to both eyes to brighten and upped the clarity/contrast.
Imported to PSE 8 and added the two texture layers adjusting the size/opacity and placement of each until I liked them. Applied a Layer Mask to mask out the textures over her face/hair/coat.
