That's right 32ASA, slower than Pan F.
The Soviet practice was to roll the film in a coil of precisely 36 exp with head & tail pre-cut. You would wind it into a cassette in a darkroom.
After 17 years coiled up it was somewhat springy, but there was no fog evident on the negatives.
