Because she saw the flags unfurl....

She saw them unfurl during a parade.

“Mom, I would like to do that!”

And she did, four years in High School and Four years at WVU.

This month she handed in her final project for her Graduate Degree

in Creative Writing at Oxford Brookes in Oxford, England….

All because she saw the flags unfurl.
