Sleepless nights have kind of turned into the norm for me these past few weeks. It's to be expected with everything that's been happening in my world, I suppose. I anticipate better sleep soon. Today was a major turning point day. I'm hoping that even by tonight I sleep more peacefully, actually. The next month isn't going to be any easier than this past month, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now. And I'm just going to keep putting one foot in front of the other until I get there.

 

Greg is hosting Musically Challenged this week and he chose all songs that have been covered by other artists/bands. Love that concept since much of what we do as photographers is to take inspiration from others' work and then put our own spin on it. Anyway, he asked that we state whether we like the original or the cover better and for this song? Hands down I love the cover best. Soft Cell's version grates on so many people but not me. Every single time I hear it, I stop what I'm doing, crank the radio and sing.
