Having one of those days where a little help is required in the smile department. Luckily, I had a smile-on-a-stick lying around for just this type of situation.
A friend reminded me today that I have the tendency to wear my heart on my sleeve, which results often in my getting needlessly hurt over things I really shouldn't be letting myself get so upset over. So I'm trying to just buck up and not let stuff bother me so much. And using a smile-on-a-stick until I get there.
