A wrong-way concurrency is two or more highways signed with opposite, conflicting directions to be running along the same stretch of physical roadway.

In this case, a five mile stretch of highway in Kamloops, B.C. carries the following:

 

Trans-Canada Hwy #1 (east),

BC Provincial Hwy 97 (south)

Yellowhead Highway 5 (north).
