indeed the female soon realized the danger to be over and flew out again. I was not sure what I was looking at inside the nest now. A hole was visible in the middle of a concave glistening surface. Wether this was the surface of the provisions and the hole intended for the egg or if it constituted a partly finished partitioning wall of resin without plant hair, with a hole left for depositing the egg I am at loss to tell.
