8811 seen at Liverpool street with an ACFI water feed B12 in the foreground

This is from a large set of negatives taken in the 1920s in the UK mainly the south and at a location in Europe. I have no details with them, so any extra information is appreciated. It looks like this was someone who was well off from the locations they visited
