Ordu Türkiye 2024

This has been a very difficult year for our family. The loss of Mum and Dad within days of each other still is very raw. But the offer of a holiday with Graeme and Mel had already been arranged late last year. A chance to visit Mel's home in Perşembe in the district of Ordu made for a very different holiday.

Although picturesque, this is not a holiday destination as such. They do get Turkish holiday makers, but it is very often former residents and on a small scale. What it made was a "real Türkiye" experience.
