Stanier 8F 2-8-0 Steam Locomotive on the port side of the wreck of the SS Thistlegorm in the Egyptian Red Sea. This, and another identical locomotive, now situated on the starboard side of the wreck, were blown off the ship; a 4898 ton, 415 ft British freighter; when it was sunk by Heinkel He111 bombers on October 6th 1941.
