Insurance Companies, the REAL Middleman

Isn't it hilarious? The insurance companies, with all their limits on pre-existing conditions, exclusions, co-pays, pre-approvals, deductibles, refusals, and removals, etc., etc., are not considered by some to be a "middleman"?

 

How ridiculous is that?

 

So, either these right wing-nuts are obviously stupid or are purposely deceptive.
