My new collar :-)
Just so Mum doesn't mess up my feminity any more, I asked her to buy this pretty pink collar, to show I'm actally, really, truly a GIRL!
Ariel is so tiny, that even the vets were not 100% sure, in fact they say she has not fully reached adulthood, so it was not easy to tell her sex. but they decided she is definitely Ariel, its not a Mystery any more..!
She has gingivitis, this has affected her teeth and the way they grew, so the vets can't even tell her approximate age, but they think about 2 or 3 years, though she's only the size of a 4 month old kitten! They had to remove three teeth, and she is having antibiotics and immune builders added to her food. The vets hope she will recover from the gum disease, and that it's not caused by a virus, which as she has never had the regular injections, could even prove fatal, but I'm hoping that as she is physically strong, she will fight the virus. Her next vet visit is in 10 days, by then we'll have a better idea of how she is doing. She eats well, so that's a good sign.
