I had to think long and hard about this, whilst I have inanimate objects I like a great deal, that have sentimental value, I was hard pressed to decide among them. And no way was I going to put a living creature under the heading of 'thing', even assuming you could chose among them! Then it dawned on me - nature in the glow of evening light :)
