Gravesend: Gordon Gardens
At Gordon Gardens in Gravesend: the centre is a pond (?) or lake, with seating around it. Anglers use it alongside families, picnicing, feeding the various birds (mainly pigeons and seagulls, also ducks, geese and swans) and sometimes drinkers...
Also a lot of flower beds, currently in early spring mode and trees.
The Council's publicity refers to the pond as a lake: apparently a lake has places where the sun cannot reach the bottom, while a pond does not. Good to know.
