River Thames: Arco Avon & Noah II

I've uploaded other photos of Arco Avon and its 'sister' dredgers, with a turquoise painted hull: for my money, a better colour than this green (ultimately, it probably doesn't matter much what I prefer...). Having said that, now that Arco Avon has taken on a little wear and rust it looks a little better, but...
I still know nothing about Noah II.
Yesterday, when this was taken, the BBC forecast sunny spells and there were few, if any: it was a dull day. Today, the BBC forecast predicts hurricane force winds for Gravesend, today and tomorrow. Good old BBC. I recall, in mid-October 1987, a hapless BBC 'weatherman' called Fish disparaging suggestions a hurricane was on its way to the UK: I slept through it but rose in the morning to find an "extra-tropical cyclone" had, indeed, caused significant damage...
