Powers: Power Absorbing and canceling

History: He was kind of confused about the nuclear attacks of a terrorist and wondered If he is gona be the next victim. Unlike the others he had a very average life, no job, alone at home, and a simple traveller. His big discovery about his absorbing powers began when he was traveling across an evaporated lake and learned how to maunipulate water after that, he looked around and saw a girl(Marina) doing the same thing. He talked to her and decided they shold make a team of Super Humans and name it Heroes Legend.
