This Transformers figure is Ironhide from the Energon line, released in 2003. It is complete and in excellent condition.
Ironhide might be the worst Transformer of the Energon line, in that you can see his whole head in vehicle mode. Also, his robot mode has very little articulation, but it was created with the ability to combine with other Energon figures of the same size class.
