Project 365 Toys - Universe Sideburn (Day 78 of 365)
This Transformer figure is Sideburn from the Universe line, released in 2003 exclusively at Wal-Mart. He is complete and in excellent condition. This is a repaint of Sideburn from the Robots in Disguise line (2001).
The strange thing about this figure is that the black parts are actually black paint over red plastic, as opposed to just black plastic parts (you can see this clearly in the door jamb). Usually unnecessary paint applications are skipped as cost-cutting measures.
