This Transformers figure is Runabout from the Battlechargers subline of Generation 1, released in 1986. It is complete and in excellent condition. Battlechargers were the Decepticon equivalent of Autobot Jumpstarters. In both cases, you pull them back to set them off and then they spring up to transform at the end of their run. The gimmick doesn't offer much play value and the robot modes are far too simplistic.
