A different perspective

I wanted to try and show a different perspective of a tree. In this shot I obtained a couple of leaves and the Tree booklet, placing one of the leaves onto the microscope. The scene was then illuminated by a single flash gun and the mirror of the microscope positioned such that it also illuminated the leaf from below
