DC - WWII Memorial
Susan got a better overall view of the Memorial than I did. This looks so refreshing after this past weekend in the 90s. It was actually 85 on the day we were there in March.
This Memorial is extra special to me & my sister as both our parents served in the Navy Medical Corps during WWII. Our Dad was a doctor and our Mom was a nurse. They met when both were stationed in a Naval hospital in San Francisco after the war.
