Great Smoky Mountains NP ~ Cades Cove Methodist Church
Happy Easter to all who are celebrating today
This is one of three (and the second oldest) churches that still stand in Cades Cove on the western side of the park. The two doors were built so that men had a separate entry from the women and children. The loop drive gives visitors a sense of what life was like in this part of Tennessee before it became a national park. Happy National Park Week!
