A Sign of Friendly Intent

I came across this smiley face out in the middle of nowhere in the Badlands of northern New Mexico....the area is very remote, and very desolate; filled with hoodoos and volcanic rocks. We call this spot "Happy Landings", imagining that the smiley face was left by alien visiotrs for us to find.
