supposedly Calliandra portoricensis

Flower head and leaves of a plant which was labelled Calliandra portoricensis (Fabaceae), photographed at Flecker Gardens, part of the Cairns Botanic Gardens (Cairns, Australia). I'm not sure the label was correct though, since it seems Calliandra portoricensis has much smaller bipinnate leaves. This plant appears more likely to be Calliandra haematocephala 'Alba'. Any help confirming the identity either way would be greatly appreciated.
