With it's weird tail sensor array US Air Force 'Special ops' Lockheed EC-130E 'Commando Solo' 63-9817 from the 193th Special Operations Squadron, Pennsylvania Air National Guard, seen in the static park at the Royal International Air Tattoo held at RAF Fairford on the 24th July 1993.
Note the huge air intake under the wing-root.
