Cookies for Preschool

Today my son has to have a snack for school representing the letter 'i'........ ooooookay. Anyone?? We finally decided on "Iced Oatmeal Cookies" ..... I mean, it's that or icecream (and we're taking that along too!). Homemade cookies anyone?? These are pre-icing.....
