Edinburgh Bicycle parking open data - some points slightly outside the city boundaries. This appears to be the UK projection black hole i.e. 0,0 co-ordinate for eastings and northings. Anything without co-ordinates ends up here. Quite tempted to look at OS master map and see if there's lots of random features stacked up there...
