"cumulate" rock from Dominica

cumulate rocks from the island of Dominica,i.e., crystals accumulated in the magmatic plumbing system deep (several km) below a volcano. These are views with plane polarised and "crossed-polars" of a rock comprising the minerals amphibole, plagioclase, clinopyroxene, olivine and spinel. Field of view about 4mm across.
