Texas Rest Area

The Polk County Safety Rest Area on US-59, about 100 miles from where I started in Sugar Land, en route to Binghamton, New York. US-59 is now mostly 4-lane through this area and has been made limited access. It was mostly 2-lane back when I first drove it in 1978. As you can see, I'm not even half-way across Texas, Yet.
