The fourth module, sized to extend the surface area to support a queen-sized mattress, contains three large cubby nooks for boxes or laundry baskets. I designed, built, and painted it in Philadelphia.
Unfortunately, there was no way to design it to fit inside a Subaru Outback. But one encounters the same difficulty with a queen-sized mattress, so that point doesn't matter so much.
Not seen very well here is the headboard shelf, constructed to be freestanding and braced against the wall. The headboard is the old twin mattress on its side.
