Junk Mail Envelope Gift Bag

This is not for the gogreen challenge, as it's way past deadline. I just had to get another "gogreen" project out of my system, since I started this last week and was unable to finish. I still tagged this, but for reference only (hope that's okay).

A while back, I stumbled upon this video that showed how to turn card envelopes into gift bags, and in light of the gogreen challenge, I thought, "why not a recycled envelope?" I took a piece of unopened junk mail and left it sealed, just cut off one of the sides to make the bag top. I loved that it had a window, and decided to make an appreciation gift for my kids' gymnastics teacher. I used PTI's Limitless Labels set to stamp on Avery labels and cover the chocolate pieces. The kraft strips are from a paper bag (from a stamping store, of course!) I stamped flowers on used wrapping paper to adhere to the backside and used a pipe cleaner to hold it closed. The flower on the front looks black in the photo, but it's actually brown. Thanks for looking!
