Yerevan Cascade 2

The plans of a new monument next to the old one on top oc Cascade in Yerevan. The project has already begun and thats why there is a big hole under the Monument. The are building this !!

 

 

I'm not 100% sure of the facts I have! Please tell me if I've writen something wrong about the buildings and please tell me if I havn't writen anything !
