Folsom brothers had this building specially built for their mortuary business. It was called the Folsom Funeral Chapel, later became Folsom-Bishop Funeral Chapel and then to Bishop Funeral Chapel and now is under new ownership and renamed Pioneer Funeral Chapel. In front of the chapel is a memorial to those who lost their lives in the foreign wars.
