Eastern Bluebird
These birds are fairly scarce around here. Houses such as this can attract them, but they often go unoccupied. I love the weathered look of this one, along with the little lichen bloom on the roof (enlarge to see it better). Sun direction was not ideal, with a brilliantly lit rusty pipe and the bird in the shadows. Flash was essential for showing the bird.
