Rory Elizabeth is wearing a full styling wig. The cap is crocheted from a thin worsted yarn (Berroco Ultra Alpaca) in the back loops only for the entire cap. The hair strands are a laceweight yarn blend of kid mohair and linen.

I hooked strands in every loop around the circumference of the cap, then hooked strands in every other stitch all over the cap. After looking it over, I added some yarn strands to the center back, to create a nice looking part if she want to wear her hair in braids or ponytails.

There is a center part, from forehead to crown, made by chaining 15, then hooking strands into both sides of the chain. This was stitched down to the wig cap after the other strands were added.

The cap is stitched to the head all around the cap, and then from the forehead to the back of the neck along the center front to back.
