Acrylic eyes for eyes (on the left) for shoulder joints (in the middle) and the neck joint (on the right).

 

I used 6mm eyes for the eyes, and also for the shoulder joints. For the shoulder joints, see if you can find eyes with the plastic collar, as shown above. Although they are harder to push over the post, I think they will be more durable.

 

For the neck joint, use an 8mm eye.
