Here is the second leg begun. The most difficult part of crocheting this little doll is the second leg! The first leg keeps getting in the way.

 

After the legs are complete, cut a length of pipe cleaner twice the length of each leg. Fold in half and twist the halves together. Insert into the opening at the bottom of the leg, then sew the bottom closed, sewing in the back loops only. No stuffing is needed for the legs, or the arms, for that matter.
