Expecting
'Expecting' was inspired by the close arrival of my first grandchild. It brings back like yesterday the anticipation of a new little bundle of love as I reflect on my own three children represented by the three birds nestled in the arm of the woman. Words of her inner thoughts peep through layers of paint on her swollen stomach.
