Cooking Thali at korim - Goa
Indian cooking is not spicy but it has a lot of diferent spices in it. The dough is a basic mix of flour, salt and water that makes up the Chapati, or Roti as it's sometimes called.
If you go way up north in Goa there's a small beach called Korim. There's not many people there but the beach is beautiful and there are some amazing rocks of to the left. Take you scooter and do a day trip it's worth it, and the food we got was some of the best we had in Goa!
