Almost a year since the takeover, I'm thankful for the memories. Winter in Montana kept all but hardcore railfans out, so there are not an abundance of winter shots out there. Its shame, because there are some fantastic opportunities. On a snowy day, the Bozeman Local charges up the east slope of Bozeman Pass with a large train in tow. A day where taking the train was probably the quicker route! Merry Christmas!
