This is progress...
As much as "Yellowstone" has contributed to the problem, the show gets one thing right; people are moving to Montana in droves. With remote jobs everywhere, every year more and more people flock to the Big Sky State. Certainly can't blame them, but it sure causes once peaceful areas to become headaches. On Evaro Hill, once the domain of crack Northern Pacific passenger trains and not much else, housing has exploded over the entire valley. Shots of the Gas train without houses are hard to come by, and access is severely restricted. Progress I suppose. You can easily see the progress being made here, as new homes have their grass coming in while machines move the earth to make way for the next batch. ETTS. Fun fact for any Yellowstone fans, the Darby Branch ends about 1.4 miles from the real Yellowstone Ranch pictured in the show, the Chief Joseph Ranch.
