I bought these macaroons for a photo in October 2014. I took my photo and we ate some of them, they were quite disappointing so I thought I'd save the rest for more photos. They are quite hard but haven't gone mouldy, probably due to the high sugar content. I really should throw them away now but they could be useful for another photo sometime when I'm feeling desperate again! ;)
