The weekly theme is circles, ellipses and curves
Making limoncello for the first (and probably the last) time. I looked at the recipe and thought it looked pretty easy, which it is, but it took forever to peel the lemons and make sure there was no pith left on the skin. I hope it turns out okay, won't know for a couple of weeks, just in time for Christmas.
