HMS Pinafore (or The Lass that Loved a Sailor)

 

Set aboard the HMS Pinafore, a tale of love overcoming social rank (kind of!), another nurserymaid cockup and lots of messing about in boats.

 

Leigh's debut as director beginning his lifelong obsession with lozenges, and due to a lack of bass instruments in the band I gamely played the cello line on my viola!
