Discoloration from wire running between components
In the upper right Image of Leslie's eye you can see the two interconnect wires running from the Retinal Module to the Interface module and then to the Antenna.
Leslie doesn't even know what government agency is responsible for this "Non-Consensual Human Experiment". The CIA, Military National Institute of Health are known for these experiments though and now Leslie is going blind. She submitted her testimony and evidence to the "President's Bioethics Commission", May 18, 2011. We hope this commission is not a white wash of these Nazi style experiments.
