AEC Awaiting Saviour?

Well, another trip to the Emerald this week uncovered a gem, this ex London (I presume) AEC Regent III (RT) sits unloved & awaiting a slow death, it was brought over & operated eventually for the famous Johnnie Fox pub,the highest pub in the Republic, carrying the reg L4 UGH 'laugh' I couldn't identify it's original ID

 

There lies the challenge, if not identifying it, then saving it!
