At my son's school, when a student is chosen to be the Star of the Week, all of their classmates write them a letter with something positive about that student. The parents are also encouraged to write a letter and then all the letters are bound together in a book. Here is my "letter" to my son Jake. I just couldn't bring myself to write a normal letter so I made him a journal page. I hope his teachers will not be upset...
