dont give up

This is a message I needed to hear today and I know there are many others who feel as defeated as I do. Though it is exhausting change cannot be made if we give up and hide in our shells, Please keep fighting, I am posting late today because I really couldn't find any inspiration between the weather and the news I was quite discouraged.
