I tried to get in closer by adding a 20mm extension tube to my 100mm macro lens while working in the direct early morning light. Not as sharp as I was hoping but I wanted the shot with the two bees so I'm reluctantly accepting the results I got with the settings I used. Shooting against the white flower was challenging because it blows out quickly. Another lesson for me and I am grateful to learn and walk away with additional knowledge.
